Abstract :
As the emerging high-tech enterprises, software outsourcing enterprises have grown at a remarkable rate. Based on the visit to the five companies of the largest software technology parks, we adopted theoretical analysis and policy research, and extracted the key points and the plight that restricted the development of the software industry in Jiangsu. Finally we conduct the strategy thinking and countermeasures about to develop Jiangsu Software Outsourcing.
