  • Abstract
    This paper highlights the accomplishments in designing a peer-to-peer online multiplayer game. The design of a turn-based fantasy game in terms of game design: game-balancing, nonlinearity, artificial intelligence, level design and overall game-play; software design: object-oriented analysis, class modeling, sprite design and animation. The development of the game using C# and DirectX APIs with emphasis on DirectPlay for networking to achieve peer-to-peer playability in a .Net environment.
