Rural and urban wireless local loop-the DECT potential

Based on the continuous evolution of radio systems DECT (Digital European Cordless Telecommunications) technology has been designed to cover all major wireless access applications including the local loop network. DECT also provides the first step of the evolution towards personal communication services.
