  • Abstract
The configuration of an aperture coupled microstrip antenna is considered for dual linear and circular polarisation applications. The theoretical model is based on the method of moments applied in the spectral domain and permits the investigation of stacked structures and parasitic elements for bandwidth broadening. The theoretical analysis is performed in order to have an arbitrary number of coupling apertures for the computation of the scattering parameter of the feed-line network and the radiation pattern of the radiating elements. Both theoretical and experimental results are presented for mobile radio communications
