Abstract
The IEEE SCC-20 Committee in concert with the Department of Defense Automatic Test System Research and Development Integrated Product Team (ARI), is developing the next generation of the ATLAS test language. The ATLAS 2000 test language will combine the desirable qualities of the current language in a streamlined, compact object oriented package. The current status of the development of the language and the documentation necessary to support the use of the language will be presented
