Abstract :
An oscillator operating at 11.3 GHz has been realized. At 3.3-V power supply the oscillator consumes 5 mA. The phase noise at 100 kHz offset frequency was -93 dBc/Hz and -109 dBc/Hz at 600 kHz offset frequency. The oscillation amplitude was 1.56-V. Simulation result shows good agreement with phase noise approximation formula.
