Abstract :
Dynamic non-linear effects cause unwanted behavior of industrial systems for hot-melt glue application. The non-linear Volterra model is identified on the base of Volterra kernel measurement. A pre-correction block is inserted into the control loop, realizing an inverse Volterra model. We assume measuring chain uncertainty lower than uncertainty of the process itself.
