  • Abstract
    This paper describes the architecture, the basic operation principle and detailed experimental results of digitally programmable high-voltage generators that can be used in monolithic low-power high-voltage bistable display drivers. Two different design approaches, depending on whether the application allows the use of external passive components or not, are analyzed.
