Abstract :
This paper presents a highly sensitive, wideband probe which uses active antennas with resistive dipoles. The probe permits to make exact statements about the high-frequency amplitude, the phase and the time-dependent momentary values of electromagnetic fields in a frequency range between 10 kHz and 1 GHz
