Abstract
This paper presents the numerical technique for the evaluation of capacitance of multiconductor lines used in high frequency integrated circuits. The conducting surfaces are modeled by planar rectangular subdomains. The method of moments is employed to calculate the charge distribution on the surface and hence the capacitance. The exact formulation for the matrix element is evaluated for rectangular subsection.
