Abstract :
The paper describes an innovative systematic approach, namely hierarchy grey relational analysis for optimal selection, based on the application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), hierarchy house of quality (HHOQ) and traditional grey relational analysis (GRA). It can be applied for complicated multi-criteria decision-making to obtain scientific and reasonable results. This method adopts HHOQ to acquire the more accurate weight of each factor and establishes the model based on the theory of GRA to get the exact correlation of each project, in this way, the evaluation model is intuitionistic. The result illustrated that the hierarchy GRA combines the traditional GRA with the idea of the hierarchy about the house of quality. It allows more effective reflection of the actual characteristics of the problem in comparation to the mono level-based evaluation. Different levels of importance of the criteria are reflected through the weights to avoid subjectivity and randomness. In addition, the quantified evaluating scale makes the alternative selection more comparable and comprehensive. Finally, the future work is put forward.
