Abstract
The evaluation of business process reengineering (BPR) effect plays a very important role in BPR implementation. Along with the rising of the manufacturing status of the enterprise, it is very necessary to reengineer the production process and evaluate its performances. In view of the characteristics of the production process, the indexes system for evaluating the performances of the production process reengineering has been established , then we evaluate the level of the performances of the production process reengineering by Grey-clustering Assessment Model. Finally, an illustrative example is given to clarify the method, which shows that the model is feasible, simple and practical.
