Abstract
Based on the fact that the range suitable for a kind of new GM (1, 1) in paper [3] requires the raw class ratios approximate mutually, this paper proposes a kind of data processing method which uses the function f(x)=e-x +d to transform the raw class ratios and make them more approximate mutually, focusing on the class ratio series fluctuating violently. Then the simulation and prediction precision will be improved effectively after
