Abstract
The emergency logistics distribution in disaster response activities both in china and abroad was investigated in the paper. The traditional GM(1,1) model was used to forecast value when there was very little information, but the result precision was not very exact, and a new GM(1,1) was improved by complete center approach in order to improve this aspect, then grey linear programming model for logistics distribution in disaster response activities was formulated with the new predictive value. Finally, a representative example was illustrated to indicate that the new model can improve precision of the predictive results efficiently.
