A Framework of City´s Used e-Product Collection Information Network to Relieve Information Poverty of Citizen: Shanghai City as an Example

This paper argues that citizens´ lack of collection information is a key factor of unsatisfactory used e-product recycling in China cities. Some reasons for this situation are analyzed. Then, based on the advantage of citizens having diverse media communicating information, we consider that it is necessary and feasible to build a city´s used e-product collection information network. A framework of the network is presented, which will be guidance for relative organizations to establish and operate recycling system of used e-product.
