The analysis of low-cost operation model of spring airlines in China

This paper analyzes the choice of operation model and the operational feature. We describe the low cost strategy of spring airlines-two highs, two lows, two singles and two controls" .Spring airlines takes the successful experience of oversea distinguished airlines as reference positively, and meanwhile reduces costs by different methods, compared with other network airlines .
