  • Abstract
    The wastage of air materiel often takes on the characteristic of non- codex change with the elapse of time. This paper tries to reckon the relevancy-degree of every influence factor toward air material wastage. Since the grey incidence calculate models in common use are incapable of the correlated factors selecting type, here advance a new degree of grey incidence calculate model- sigma degree of incidence, which is based on the measure of standard, then testify its favorable characters which made it more suitable of correlated factors selecting type. With this new calculate model, considering the changes of every influence factor , the forecasting model has been stroked up, the forecasting result can provide a scientific mathematical solution for the air materiel storage significantly.
