Abstract

Based on economy increasing index of 11th five-year period programming of Nanjing and actuality of Professional technicians ´using the grey model (1.1)´ Giving the prediction on professional technicians during the 11th five-year period of Nanjing. And based on strong relativity of average GDP and professional technicians, choosing frame of reference of Shanghai city, giving the requirement prediction of professional technicians during the 11th five-year period of Nanjing, and giving analysis on supply and requirement gap of professional technicians.
