Abstract :
Virtually all successful systems experience evolution of their technical baseline over time. The Technology Readiness Assessment (TRA) framework is structured to assess the maturity of technology elements via the established metrics of Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs), which address the risk associated with developing and transitioning new technologies in the context of system development.
