Abstract :
Molecular dynamics method is used for computing equilibrium in many physical systems as well as a powerful solver used for minimization of criterion functions such as the stress function in multidimensional scaling. We have designed a new tool for visualization of highly-dimensional data in 3D based on the method. We have shown on several data sets that the new method is fast and accurate.
