Study on grey regional economy control model of Research University

In this paper, we use grey control system´s thought and economic control theory to define seven kinds of grey control operators and their calculations. We prove that these seven kinds of operators have good characteristics. Furhermore we conlude them into two basic operators: proportional operator k and grey differential operator D. According to the topologiacal relations of research universities in the regional economy development, the model of regional economy control of research universities is built with the two basic operators. We give the model a structural proof and a common form and correspondent economic mutiplier formulars. Finally, on the basis of relevant statistics, we research into the regional input, output, economic mutiplier and so on. The outcome is good.
