Abstract
A method for analyzing wave scattering from a conducting cylinder in turbulent media, as boundary value problems, is presented. Some numerical results of backscattering cross-section are shown for the Dirichlet and Neumann problems, assuming that the average intensity of back scattered waves is finite at the internal resonance frequencies of the cylinder
