Abstract :
As part of an infrastructure, tunnels are increasingly needed in an industrializing country. The quality control of a mega tunnel project is accordingly of importance and challenge. The main factors, which can lead to quality problems in tunnel construction, are analyzed in terms of object-oriented construction goals. Principles to implement quality control system are presented for the tunnel construction with the observational method application.
