Abstract :
Firm IT capability is influenced by many factors and the relationship between IT capability and organization structure in the network environment has attracted much attention. Based on resource-based view (RBV), this paper constructs the relevant hypotheses about the relationship between organization structure and IT capability, the relationship between organization structure and dimensions of IT capability. Through questionnaire survey, the paper firstly tested reliability and validity of sample data, and then made empirical study by structural equation model. The results show that organization structure is positively related to IT capability, and it is also positively related to the dimensions of IT capability.
