  • Abstract
    It is of great sense to correctly appraise the developing level of science and technology park. In order to make the appraisal scientifically, we need an index system and an evaluation model. In this paper, an index system for evaluation of the science and technology park of provincial level has been presented with grey system theory and Delphi Method. A new evaluation model based on trigonal whitenization weight function is formulated. A real evaluation on a science and technology park in Jiangsu Province is conducted. It is concluded from the real evaluation that the science and technology park in Jiangsu Province comes out top in China. But there are some sticking points that interfere with the science and technology park, such as short of talented person and venturous capital, etc., should be taken seriously.
