Abstract :
A set of index systems reflecting the corporate sustainable growth ability is designed with industrial ability, technical ability, system ability and system ability as the evaluation guideline level. Combined the grey incidence theory with the entropy theory, the grey incidence entropy model (GIEM) is established and applied to the dynamic evolution tendency evaluation of single corporate growth ability. The result shows that it is scientific and effective to apply the concept of "grey entropy" to the description of the evolving development trend of the corporate system. With the GIEM, the abilities of corporate sustainable growth and each guideline level can be correctly judged.
