Abstract
This paper studies venture enterprises´ development mechanisms and their correlations, including dynamic mechanism, mechanism of technological innovation, mechanism of capital accumulation, mechanism of market opening-up and mechanism of improved management, thus it constructs the fostering model of venture enterprise. Based on the fostering growth results of venture enterprise, the paper sets up the target system of venture enterprise fostering, which is composed of 6 sub-targets (entrepreneur factor, technology and product factors, market factor, factors of enterprise team and ability, environment factor, venture factor), which is 41 indexes. By making use of Grey System Theory, Comprehensive Evaluation Method, and Forecasting Technology, it also constructs three composite indexes of venture enterprise fostering: growth simulation degree, development simulation degree and forecast simulation degree, and they are further analyzed to inspect the fostering situation of venture enterprise, which serves as a scientific method for venture enterprise value fostering.
