Abstract :
Nowadays enterprises are facing more and more uncertainties and challenges. As an important research topic, enterprise system´s structure should be paid more attention by researchers and managers. In this work, we combine two theories insights: complex adaptive systems (CAS) theory and resource-based view (RBV). Firstly, we present a conceptual model of the structure for enterprise system. Secondly, this paper builds a conceptual model of enterprise system evolution. Thirdly, we analyze and build the model of enterprise origin. This model is simulated by swarm software. In the chaotic economic system, as a founder attractor, the reason for single agent´s motivation and mechanism to build enterprise is given and the congregation of complex system is proven as well.
