Abstract :
Reports on a SAR processor based on a ring of transputers. The processor provides digital compression in range and azimuth with full motion compensation and multi-look speckle reduction for images of up to 4096×4096 pixels. The algorithm is implemented on a 486 PC with nine transputers connected in a ring.
