Abstract :
Cold storage systems are great energy users in many countries, so the recycling of condensing heat is greatly concerned by people. Take large cold storage refrigeration systems for the research background, based on the heat pump heat recycling technology, the cold storage heat recovery system had been designed. Combined with heat pump drying technology, the quantity of heat recovered was just enough for food drying. Through the energy recovery system and the heat pump drying system running coupling, and the transformation of the drying medium circulation patterns, the device has a better matching performance of the dry material. Through the comparison and analysis of thermal coefficient and specific moisture evaporation rate of the device, the result shows that the heat recovery system is the most efficient, highest energy efficiency system.
