Construction of an E-learning System for Supporting the Learning of English Sentences

To master a foreign language, students have to learn various sentence patterns. In order to be able to use a variety of sentences freely, they have to make an effort to memorize the sentences. It can be said that e-learning has a merit that the learner can study over and over again, anywhere and anytime, as long as there is a personal computer with them. Then, the author tried to construct an e-learning system for supporting the self-study of memorizing english sentences. Besides, the author developed a system that we could examine the results of the learning using Microsoft Office Excel®.
