Abstract :
Aimed at providing theoretical foundation for designing optimal jet-mixing apparatus, computational fluid dynamics (CFD)modeling for jet-mixing apparatus was established and numerical investigation for it´s interior flow field was performed with CFD code FLUENT. Simulated data was validated by actual experimental data, then the validated model was employed to investigate the three main parameters of jet-mixing apparatus :nozzle exit position S, area ratio m and angle between suction pipe and jet-mixing appratus axis γ on its performance. under different working conditions, with the the rule of single parameter to the effect of jet-mixing apparatus was obtained.
