Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the decision-making process of the bus priority transit scheme, this paper makes a study of the decision-making objectively and puts forward a set of decision-making indexes, and then considered the decision-making indexes as the factor set and the scheme as the region; according to the principle of the systems engineering, the paper gets the evaluation index system of the road plan scheme. Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) and frequency statistics methods are used to determine evaluation index weight and evaluate the system according to grey theory and improved multi-lever fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The best scheme is gained by evaluation criterion. At last, an application example is shown to prove the efficiency of this method. By the example, it is demonstrated that this method is simple and practical.
