Abstract

This paper employs grey system theory to early-warning management of risk in product development process and proposes the conception and methodology of grey early-warning management. Firstly, the paper analyzes the risks in product development process and the necessity of early-warning management. Then, the paper puts forward the concept, features and framework of grey early-warning management of risk in product development process, and probes into the modeling method of grey early-warning management of risk in product development process. Finally, taking the R&D of mini vehicle as an example, the paper conducts an analysis on grey early-warning management of risk in product development process.
