Abstract
After eight years of extensive research and experience in providing a variety of solar electrical lighting solutions to some remote off-grid rural communities in Cameroon, we have learned the hard way that, as much as people in the rural communities need lights, they would accept and maintain more of a solution that provides both lights and power.
