Abstract :
In this paper, according to the characteristics of the continuous light-emitting laser diode, a new type deign method of SCM controlled, miniaturization, high efficiency, non-impact, slow-start laser diode drive current source has been studied. We established a mathematical model of current source circuit controlled by analog circuit, gave a design method of transform the analog control model to the digital control model realized the digitizing of the current source control circuit system, and improved the performance of laser diode current source.
