Abstract :
Research on droplet transfer plays an important pole in shape of welding seam and metallurgical process. Dynamic short-circuiting transferring in GMAW was modeled for calculation of dynamic welding current and welding voltage, and changes of welding current and welding voltage can be obtained when process parameters are different. This model can be used in research on stability of short-circuiting transferring, improvement of welding quality and metallurgical properties.
