Abstract :
The third party plays an important role in coordinating conflicts in knowledge chain. It can guarantee an equal distribution of profit, effective communication and fair selection of participating members for knowledge chain. To be the third party of management, the organization must be qualified in relevant fields, with fairness and authority. Main functions of the third party are evaluation, level control, removal and prevention of emerging conflicts. The third party can employ process intervention strategy, result intervention strategy and mixed intervention strategy to coordinate conflicts.
