The highest class hospitals´ outpatient service quality is always the highlight for the public. The outpatient service operation process impacts the perceived service quality definitively. It is important to analysis how these operation factors impact the service quality in this particular scenario. And then to discover the PFI of the operation factors in practice, help the Chinese hospital improve their service quality.
