Abstract :
The thesis of three large opencast coal mine in China compared the energy consumption based on analysis of large-scale energy-saving technology developed by means of open pit and technical measures. Research on Haer Wu Su, Yimin, and three large surface mine Buzhaoba conduct comparative analysis of energy consumption, resource distribution, that conditions are the key factors in open pit mine energy consumption, production process and equipment selection will also have significant impact and reduce transportation energy function is the main research directions open pit. Resource conditions and production capacity of certain circumstances, increase the inclination angle can reduce the open pit stripping ratio, thus reducing the total amount of mine stripping, to bypass such measures as may be shortened ranked near the level of the overburden in open pit row distance, then peel material transport to save power, mining practice shows that the introduction of advanced production technology, to achieve the energy consumption to electricity instead of oil, can reduce energy consumption and energy cost open pit mine.
