  • Abstract
    This paper proposes an intelligent scenario generator (ISG) based on fuzzy truth value flow inference theory and neural network method. The new system is aimed at the prediction of future scenarios for strategic business planning. It can handle both quantitative and fuzzy information and can revise fuzzy relations according to reference scenario(s) through a learning algorithm. Such a system will overcome the deficiencies and limitations of the traditional scenarios forecasting techniques
