Abstract :
A new video transformation, three-dimensional θ-transformation, is proposed in this paper. The application of θ-transformation to video compression is discussed. The time complexity for a θ-transformation is very low. Therefore, θ-transformation is expected to be a very efficient algorithm for video compression
