Abstract :
In order to improve the final rate of output, and guarantee, there is a suitable growth metabolite environment for beer fermentation process. Chain-control-system is introduced. Two factors are found out which are fermentation temperature and PH, then the chain-control-system models are built which include temperature chain and PH chain, and these chains influence each other. The chain estimating arithmetic and control system of environmental parameter for beer fermentation process are designed. Emulation results show that the chain systematic model of environmental parameter for beer fermentation process is great stability and strong anti-interference ability.
