Abstract :
The importance of representing information system requirements according to different dimensions is discussed. Such dimensions can require structuring requirements according to the dynamics of the development process and/or according to static aspects related to the composition and presentation of requirements to developers and clients. Several dimensions are illustrated, and a particular focus is given to the abstraction dimension. Existing methods that allow the design and the documentation of structured requirements and specifications are discussed. An approach based on requirements structuring according to the abstraction dimension to facilitate reuse of requirement specifications is presented
