  • Abstract
This review presents the recent advances in cold recycled waste pavement materials with cement. The various factors of influence on pavement performances is introduced, including cement content, gradation, reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), optimum moisture content (OMC), compaction density and curing conditions. The main pavement performance, such as mechanical properties, shrinkage properties, fatigue properties and water stability properties of cement cold-recycled mixture is presented. The application experience of cement cold-recycled mixture is also summarized. The research topic of cement cold-recycled base at present is pointed out, which includes properties of old pavement materials, the application of additives, the establishment of pavement performances evaluation indexes and systems, etc.
