Abstract :
Alkali emitted from chemical industry not only results in environmental damage, but also serious resource waste. As the emitted alkali lye is complied with the principle of Turin (the solution´s boiling point is complied with the linear relationship with the water´s at the same pressure) and its boiling point rising is not big, a set of new high efficiency heat pump evaporation alkali recovery system has been designed. Through theoretical analysis, calculation, and economic analysis, it is indicated that the system´s energy efficiency is very high, energy utilization is very big, the equipment´s payback period is very short, investment benefit is very high, it is complied with the requirement of sustainable development.
