Abstract :
Growing population and rapid economic development lead to increasing pollution loading and lowering water quality. Protection of water environments is our glory target; The key strategy is: combining management of the land-water system in catchment and realizing the quasi-non-pollution release in an as small as possible catchment area.”; developing the high technology for realizing this target in an as small as possible catchment in the lower part behind the upper input of the area.;The key techniques are: 1) Centralized processing solid and domestic wastewater at each resident point; 2) Reconstruction of wetlands in mouths of inflows into lake/reservoir; 3) Development of green agriculture in lake/reservoir by using various types of floating ecological islands and microorganism technology; 4) Construction of Physic Ecological Engineering (PEEN) at the point of drain off water from the reservoir.
