            Abstract :
Summary form only given. We demonstrated the generation of 157 nm-light pulses with sub-mJ energy by anti-Stokes stimulated Raman scattering in hydrogen gas pumped with the fifth harmonics of the Nd:YAG laser. The light pulses of 157 nm wavelength generated by this method have the maximum energy ever reported to our knowledge.
