Abstract :
Corrugated horns are usually used as the feeds of reflectors or lens antennas. In this article, we study the large aperture corrugated conical horns. Then, we design a kind of corrugated conical horn which has sine profile. This horn has shorter length when the size of aperture hold the line. At the same time, we ensure the performance of the horn. This support the forward designing and machining very well. Finally, we simulate and simply analyze the antenna. The design method is proved to be feasible. We offer a new method to design large aperture corrugated conical horns.
