Abstract :
In order to dig the reliability characteristics of agricultural transport vehicles, reveal its use reliability, using the operating fault data of 129 agricultural transport vehicles, which are divided into two different models, it is confirmed that the failure distributions are Weibull distribution. The result is obtained by strict parameter estimation and hypothesis. With reliability theory and statistical analysis tools, some reliability function and important reliability characteristic values are also got, which include failure distribution function F(t), failure density function f(t), reliability function R(t), failure rate function λ(t), and characteristic life η, medium life l0.5, rated life l0.9, mean time between failure (MTBF) or so. This research can provide a accurate basis for grasping the operational fault law and reliability level of agricultural transport vehicles, and organizating transport production and maintenance.
